"I received excellent customer service from Jason for my premium payment today. I have been a customer for over 20 years and my mom (Barbara Carr) for many more years prior until her death. I have always received excellent service and care from your other team members as well (Rochelle and Vanessa). Other carriers have tried to get me to move my coverages elsewhere, but I remain true to State Farm and continue to do so. "This review is for Yohann Torres at Statefarm. Such a helpful person! I work on Saturday mornings so it's so hard for me to get things done. I just purchased a car and I didn't want to drive it without proper insurance, you never know. I sent an email to Maylen Torres inquiring about full coverage for my new vehicle. Johann asked me for the information that he needed to insure the car, I sent it to him, he sent me the quotes and that was it. I feel like I can drive the car with peace of mind now. "I’ve been a State Farm customer for many, many years. After calling in today to make a few changes to my policy Vanessa was extremely helpful to get everything squared away for me. I ended up having to call back with a few more questions and she helped me save a lot by organizing my policy that honestly hasn’t been updated in years.
